What you'll do
- Own end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions across client engagements
- Define technical roadmaps, model selection strategies, and infrastructure decisions
- Guide teams on best practices for LLM integration, data pipelines, and model serving
- Conduct discovery calls with clients to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Review code, set engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or solutions architecture
- Deep understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps
- Excellent communication skills — ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of delivering AI systems at production scale
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise or SaaS clients
- Familiarity with compliance and data-sovereignty requirements
- Published technical content or open-source contributions
As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be the technical lead across multiple AI engagements — shaping how we build, not just what we build. This is a senior role with high ownership and direct client impact.
