Business Development Intern

Help grow Superteams' client pipeline by identifying opportunities, supporting outreach campaigns, and learning enterprise AI sales from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients across target verticals
  • Support outbound campaigns — LinkedIn, email sequences, and personalised outreach
  • Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting
  • Research accounts and prepare briefing materials ahead of discovery calls
  • Work alongside senior BD team members on proposals and follow-ups

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Curiosity about the AI industry and enterprise software market

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
