Executive Assistant — Founder's Office

Work directly with Superteams' founders — managing communications, coordinating priorities, and ensuring high-leverage activities get the focus they need.

What you'll do

  • Manage founder calendars, meeting scheduling, and communications triage
  • Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and follow-up actions from meetings
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders on time-sensitive matters
  • Research topics and compile reports to support strategic decisions
  • Handle travel planning, logistics, and administrative operations

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a chief-of-staff style role
  • Exceptionally organised with a high standard for detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Trustworthy with confidential information

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting founders or senior leaders at a startup or tech company
  • Familiarity with project management and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Linear)
  • Interest in AI and the broader technology landscape
