What you'll do
- Own project plans, milestones, and status updates for multiple concurrent AI engagements
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal engineering, research, and content teams
- Identify risks early and coordinate mitigations before they become blockers
- Run project rituals — standups, reviews, retrospectives — and drive accountability
- Continuously improve delivery processes and document learnings
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of project management experience in a tech or consulting environment
- Strong communication skills — confident in client-facing situations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching
- Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Linear, Jira, or similar)
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI/ML or data engineering projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
