What you'll do
- Write and maintain technical documentation for AI products, APIs, and SDKs
- Create developer guides, quickstarts, code walkthroughs, and reference documentation
- Work closely with engineers to understand systems deeply before writing about them
- Ensure docs are accurate, well-structured, and accessible to the target audience
- Contribute to blog posts, whitepapers, and technical case studies as needed
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of technical writing experience for software or AI/ML products
- Ability to read and understand code (Python preferred) and translate it into clear prose
- Excellent written English — precise, structured, and jargon-aware
- Experience using documentation tools (GitBook, Mintlify, Docusaurus, or similar)
- Strong research and interviewing skills
Nice to have
- Background in software engineering, data science, or a related field
- Experience writing for developer audiences (API docs, SDKs, CLIs)
- Familiarity with Markdown, Git, and docs-as-code workflows
Great documentation is a product in itself. This role is for a technical writer who understands that and brings the same rigour to docs as an engineer brings to code.
