The Challenge
A public-listed, India-headquartered cloud services provider was expanding into the Middle East and MENA region. To compete effectively, they needed up-to-date intelligence on local competitors — pricing shifts, product launches, expansion signals, and client acquisition patterns.
The problem: gathering that intelligence manually was nearly impossible at scale.
Multilingual fragmentation — Competitor data was spread across Arabic, English, and French sources: financial filings, investor decks, earnings transcripts, regulatory portals, and regional news outlets.
Format inconsistency — Relevant data appeared in scanned PDFs, structured APIs, HTML tables, and regional press releases with no common schema.
Unacceptable lag — Manual compilation took 4–6 weeks per cycle, meaning GTM launches and pricing decisions were routinely made on stale intelligence.
Sovereignty constraints — Regulatory requirements mandated that all processing happen on-premise, ruling out off-the-shelf SaaS intelligence tools.
The Solution
Superteams formed an Enterprise Agentic AI Team comprising LLM engineers, multilingual NLP experts, MLOps engineers, and solution architects.
The work proceeded in three stages:
Stage 1: Taskforce formation — Assembled the right mix of specialists for multilingual model fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration design, and on-premise deployment optimization.
Stage 2: Intelligence blueprint — Defined tracking objectives across pricing, product launches, expansion signals, and client acquisitions. Built multilingual data ingestion pipelines, developed an LLM-powered translation layer, and normalized extracted data into standardized schemas.
Stage 3: 30-day prototype — Ingested real Middle East competitor data, trained multilingual LLMs for pattern extraction, automated executive summary generation, and established weekly feedback loops for refinement.
A 90-page Arabic regulatory filing that previously consumed 3+ days to process — often losing critical contextual nuance — could now be ingested, translated, and normalized instantly, with pricing insights, SKUs, and partnership signals extracted into structured dashboards within minutes.
Results
The combination of speed and accuracy transformed how the organization made expansion decisions. The 3-day workflow per filing was reduced to 3 hours.
The organization is now expanding the system to demographic analysis for regional product launches, cross-border growth projections across wider MENA, and regulatory intelligence tracking for multilingual compliance.
