The Challenge

A real estate platform wanted to give users a fundamentally different experience — one where a single conversation could replace the fragmented journey of search portal, comparison spreadsheet, and agent phone call.

Journey fragmentation — A user looking for a property would search on one platform, screenshot listings, message an agent, wait for a callback, and then often lose context between steps. The conversion path was long and leaky.

Voice excluded from the experience — Mobile users frequently prefer speaking to typing, especially when describing nuanced requirements (“something near a good school, not too close to the highway, ideally with a view”). Existing interfaces didn’t support voice input at all.

No intelligent comparison — When users found multiple options they liked, there was no way to get a structured side-by-side comparison within the same session. This created work for agents and friction for buyers.

Booking outside the flow — Completing a booking required contacting a human, switching apps, or navigating to a separate system. Every handoff was a drop-off risk.

The Solution

Superteams built a conversational AI broker from the ground up — designed so that the entire buyer journey happens inside a single chat interface.

Text and voice from one input — Both modalities feed into the same conversation model. Users can speak their requirements or type them; the system handles both with the same understanding. Voice input is transcribed, processed, and responded to with voice output when appropriate.

Live property query layer — Natural language input maps to structured queries against the live property database. “2-bedroom apartments under AED 80K/year in Dubai Marina with parking” returns accurate, real-time results — not a keyword search.

Structured comparison engine — When a user shortlists multiple properties, the AI generates a side-by-side comparison covering price, size, amenities, proximity to key locations, and availability. No agent time required.

Shortlisting and booking inside the conversation — Users can mark favorites, adjust their shortlist, and move directly to booking — all within the same chat session. The booking flow is integrated directly, so there’s no handoff and no context loss.

Results

The platform launched with text and voice input working from a single interface. Users can now go from initial query to completed booking without leaving the conversation.
